I’m very excited to be a keynote speaker a this conference in South Africa. I'll be presenting along with mentors Jon Kabat-Zinn and Pumla Gobodo-Madikizela, who has done some incredible research on trauma, memory, and forgiveness.
I’m going to be teaming up with my colleague Zabie Yamasaki to offer a daylong workshop on trauma-informed contemplative practice in Irvine, California. Zabie offers trauma-sensitive yoga for those who’ve been impacted by sexual trauma, and I’m really excited to be collaborating with her. I'll send along more information once registration opens.
